Manual

Place vermicelli in a pan of boiling water, cook for 5 minutes, transfer cooked vermicelli into a bowl of cold water for 5 seconds.
Drain vermicelli in a colander. Potato vermicelli is now ready to eat. Serve with all stir-fry food, seafoods, oriental soup dishes and cold salads.
